We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within defined budgets, timelines, and scopes. As a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and the project team, you will ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities

​Developing a comprehensive project plan, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements 

 

Developing and maintaining project schedules, setting milestones and deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely stage completion from all stakeholders across multiple projects, during Planning, Design, Preconstruction, Construction and Handover stages of a project.

Ensure close collaboration between the BIM Management Team and the Estimating, Scheduling, Construction and Quantity Surveying teams, to ensure sharing relevant project information, exchanging data and insights, and aligning efforts to ensure seamless integration of activities and accurate project planning. 

​

Establishing effective communication channels, fostering collaboration amongst stakeholders, facilitate or conducting project meetings, and keeping all relevant parties informed of project progress. 

 

Coordinate the Request for Information (RFI) process between the Supply Chain, General Contractor (GC), and Design Team. 

​

Review and manage technical submittal process, aligning technical submittal with the construction schedule requirements. 

​

Proactively manage the change process, assessing and managing changes to project scope, evaluating their impact on cost, schedule, and resources, and communicating changes to stakeholders. 

​

Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, monitoring risks throughout the project, and implementing contingency plans when necessary, communicating potential impacts to the client. 

​

Develop and implement the BIM Strategy for projects, capturing the BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standards, Model Coordination Requirements, Training and Support 

​

Utilise BIM and digital construction tools proficiently to streamline project collaboration and data management processes. 

​

Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote effective BIM collaboration and coordination. 

 

Ensure compliance with Information Management Plan and use of Common Data Management software from all stakeholders. 

​

Automate visual risk assessment for design delay and the potential impact on the delivery schedule. 

 

Proficiently manage tasks using platforms such as WayLoader, P6, PowerProject or Wrike etc. 

​

Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure all stakeholders on a project have the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully deliver the clients digital requirements.  

​

Competent understanding of data structuring requirements and the ability to integrate various software applications seamlessly. 

​

Provide regular reporting to clients on project progress through dashboards and reports. 

​

Drive our clients' digital transformation, contributing to innovative technological advancements.  

 

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information. 

Requirements

NFQ Level 7 minimum educational qualification in an AEC related discipline. 

5+ years of experience in the AEC industry. 

Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities. 

Excellent communication and organisational skills. 

Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows, including Autodesk Suite (BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks etc.). 

Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality. 

Familiarity with document approval processes and automated dashboarding tools. 

Ability to adapt to diverse situations, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. 

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
