Role
You will Developing the company’s commercial plans alongside the Board. Managing accounts & forecasts of the business:
Structure and standardise organisation procedure workflows & documentation. Investigate and identify funding to benefit the business. Development and management of Financial Reporting and analytics
A high level of professionalism with the ability to handle a lot of information is crucial to this role. Strong time management and communication skills are essential to carry out the role as well as efficient organisational skills with the ability to administer tasks over multiple priorities. The ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and comfortable working under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
Responsibilities
· Develop & maintain all commercial documents relating to project resourcing and rationalising financial transactions
· Restructuring commercial activities to increase optimisation and efficiency.
· Implementing lean management procedures to minimise the impact of purchases and free up working capital.
· Examine all existing accounts to ensure commercial risks are mitigated
· Researching opportunities for cost savings across the business.
· Managing Xero, the cloud-based account management.
· Develop, maintain & Review all requirement and documentation for company formation in new regions
· Development of Lean business processes that facilitate growth - everything from processes to manage expenses to, Organisation structures, Policies and Procedures for Staff.
· Investigate and report on funding opportunities through Enterprise Ireland
· Manage financials and information required for any bank loans or other funding requirements for the business.
· Develop and maintain financial reporting across business
· Development cost review - Vs Budget, Burn Rate
· Development Cashflow Forecast Review
· Enhanced financial metrics as company grows
