Are you a recent graduate passionate about project management and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide exceptional individuals with the opportunity to kickstart their careers in project management. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the successful delivery of projects through planning and coordination, whilst honing your skills and knowledge in project management. 

Your responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager to develop and implement the BIM Strategy for projects, capturing the BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standards, Model Coordination Requirements, Training and Support.

Assisting in the development of project schedules, setting milestones and deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely stage completion from all stakeholders across multiple projects, during Planning, Design, Preconstruction, Construction and Handover stages of a project. 

​

Ensure close collaboration between the BIM Management Team and the Estimating, Scheduling, Construction and Quantity Surveying teams, to ensure sharing relevant project information, exchanging data and insights, and aligning efforts to ensure seamless integration of activities and accurate project planning. 

​

Coordinate the Request for Information (RFI) process between the Supply Chain, General Contractor (GC), and Design Team. 

​

Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, monitoring risks throughout the project, and implementing contingency plans when necessary, communicating potential impacts to the client. 

​

Utilise BIM and digital construction tools proficiently to streamline project collaboration and data management processes. 

​

Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote effective BIM collaboration and coordination through clash detection.  

​

Ensure compliance with Information Management Plan and use of Common Data Management software from all stakeholders. 

​

Automate visual risk assessment for design delay and the potential impact on the delivery schedule. 

​

Provide regular progress to internal team and clients on project progress through dashboards and reports. 

​

Assist in the digital transformation of our clients’ portfolios, contributing to innovative technological advancements.

 

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information. 

Requirements

A recent graduate with a degree in the AEC industry such as Architectural Technology, Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering. 

​

Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows, including Autodesk Suite (ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks etc.). 

​

Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality. 

​

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders 

​

Ability to adapt to diverse situations, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. 

​

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and the capacity to think critically in fast-paced environments. 

​

Proactive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the AEC industry.
